01Premise

This is not passive wellness. This is practice for being fully alive.

stillpoint is an immersive ritual of embodiment, breath, sound, movement, and deep presence. Through somatic and frequency-based practices, we help people reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies, expand their capacity to stay present through intensity, and remember the stillness beneath the noise.

It is not about escaping your life. It is about learning how to stay connected to yourself inside it. Not relaxation — resilience.

02Diagnosis

We live in a world that teaches us to disconnect.

  • Scroll.
  • Numb.
  • Push through.
  • Override.

We perform calm while the body is still bracing. We keep moving while something inside wants us to pause and is asking to be felt.

Nothing truly heals, grows, or expands when we are not home in ourselves.

stillpoint exists to help people return. To stay present inside sensation. To breathe through discomfort. To feel without collapsing. To soften without breaking.

03The Arc

Five portals. One return.

i

Root

Move energy.

Wake the body.

Disrupt stagnation.

ii

Breathe

Drop behind the mind.

Expand capacity.

Soften defenses.

iii

Feel

Sound becomes the mirror.

The body becomes the landscape.

iv

Release

Let what has been

heavy...stagnant...held, shift.

v

Land

Return to stillness.

Return to self.

04The Movement

Stillness is not an arrival point. It is a place we return to again and again.

stillpoint is more than a live experience. It is a practice, a ritual, and a growing community devoted to nervous system resilience, embodiment, ritual, and radical presence.

For the ones learning how to stay open in a world that asks them to shut down. For the ones who feel deeply. For the ones tired of abandoning themselves.

For the ones ready to build the inner muscle to ride the waves of life with more grace.

Christine Grace

This is not about fixing. It's about returning.

Life can be loud. And most people don't realize how much they're carrying… until they finally pause. Christine Grace creates spaces for that pause.  Her work is rooted in the understanding that beneath the noise, the body holds an intelligence that knows how to settle, recalibrate, and come back into balance. Through sound, breath, and embodied awareness, she guides people out of overwhelm and into a more honest rhythm, where the nervous system softens, the mind clears, and something deeper can be felt again.  This isn't about fixing. And it's not about escaping your life. It's about learning how to meet it… differently.  Christine is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound practitioner, and certified coach, with advanced training in breathwork, yoga Nidra, meditation, and HeartMath breath. But her work is not defined by modalities. It's shaped by lived experience, deep listening, and a commitment to what actually creates change.  Her sessions are immersive, intentional, and grounded in both the sacred and the science, supporting the body in doing what it already knows how to do…return.

Ben Brown

The body listens when sound speaks.

Ben Brown is an NYS Licensed massage therapist, sound practitioner, and visual artist with twenty years of experience working at the intersection of bodywork and vibrational healing.  His work is rooted in the belief that the body holds wisdom — and that through sound, touch, and intentional presence, we can create more space, freedom, and ease within it. Ben draws on somatic awareness, vibrational frequencies, and ancestral healing traditions to support the nervous system's natural capacity to restore itself.  He practices in NYC and Upstate New York, and brings to stillpoint a deep fluency in how sound and body meet.
